Hello,

My name is Veronika and I am on a journey to become a Strength and Conditioning coach! I have been always an active person, I love trying on new things, playing different sports. So far I have taken kickboxing, yoga, indoor cycle,  running, tennis, diving, freediving, etc. I also love being in nature, that’s why I also like going hiking and going to the beach.

Sport has always been part of my life but to get serious about Strength and Conditioning is not until 5 years a go when I met a friend who was also a Personal Trainer and not only di she train with me but she also shared her knowledge about the strength and conditioning world. Now I realize how important it is for our health and lifestyle. After doing weight training for a while, I felt the difference in my tennis, running, and overall daily function and energy level.

Learning to become a Strength and Conditioning instructor really gives me the assurance of how important it is to do weight train for our overall health. Men and especially women losing their muscle and bone density every year, some research believe that by 80 years old, we could lose up to 50% of our muscle, that is a big number! That is why, I would like to spread the word and share my knowledge to everyone I know about the benefit of strength training.

All the myths about going to the gym mean bulky body or weight train is not good for women, children, older people, it’s quite the opposite! It is very beneficial for us and the great thing is, you can start at any age. So, let’s get moving, stay motivated, staying active, and do strength training with me.
